so i fell off the bandwagon again.. but i quickly got back on! i guess my period weight discouraged me.. but then after drinking for 2 nights and yucky hangovers.. my weight is good! but my stomach feels like shit now..

i need to work out more. i was at the gym today.. about an hour, mainly elliptical, some weights for arms and legs and stretching.. at least i fit it in between classes!

i want to be where i once was. before graduation.. and before summer!

back to dieting again. really determined this time. must keep it off. got an event in early march so i need to be in better shape to wear the dress i got. max i can likely do is another 4-6 pounds.

today played a lot of ddr.. more than an hour on difficult. sweated my brains out. felt good though. tried to play again later but i felt so dead. shouldn't have eaten that swiss chalet. :(

It's that time of the month.. Thought it would have been a better week for me. At least it was a loss of 1 lb though.. Better than nothing. But time is ticking, and summer is coming. Must get moving.. Here's what I ate today, I find posting this helps, as if I ate more I'd feel guilty, so I will try to post everyday to help me from eating anything not necessary.

cup of soy milk
cup of all-bran cereal (96% of my recommended fiber) love this stuff for breakfast these days
cup of tea w/ little sugar & lemon
tortilla bread
flaked tuna 1/2 can
dijon mustard
romaine lettuce
cup of tea w/ little sugar & lemon
sugar-free redbull (my first time having this stuff!)
two slices white toast
mozarella cheese
cup of tea w/ little sugar & lemon

back from that crazy week. that chest pain ended up staying longer, my dad wanted to take me to the hospital.. but i'm okay now, hoping it never comes back.. well here's to another week.. only 1 lb this week.. better than a gain i guess, but moving slowly ):

Day 4: No treadmill today most likely. Yesterday after the treadmill, my chest hurt incredibly. And I mean bad, it hurt coughing, sneezing, breathing and swallowing.. It was horrible, my dad thinks it's because of the treadmill. I still may go on later, but I doubt it. It didn't hurt when I woke up, but it hurts again now.. Aw.

Day 3: No crunches yesterday, my neck hurts, near my spine.. ahh hard to explain, but as a result, my chest hurts as well.. we'll see how i feel tonight. I have been sticking to the 10 km each day though, 3 days down, 4 to go.. and that makes one week of 10 km each day, 70 km in a week! woo I could have walked somewhere far.

Day 2: Woke up with a headache.. ate a chicken/lettuce wrap. Went on the treadmill.. did 200 curls on each arm again (5 lbs) maybe those crunches will be done later on.. if that awful headache doesn't return.

update: no crunches.. horrible headache for the majority of the day, and i'm now heading to bed. tomorrow is day 2.

monday i start my crazy workout week. every day 10 km walk when i wake up. 300 crunches later on. this will happen til sunday, then monday is back to school. sad.. now i'm off to do 300 crunches. i walked only 5, but it's official tomorrow.

the week so far has been iffy.. not too good, or not too bad. my body is still exhausted though, as i've been sleeping way too little. my body even feels sore, well arm wise. i went on the treadmill just now, but it's snowing/raining and there's even lightening, so i just had to get off, you know incase. but i wanted to stick out that 10 km, but ended up doing about 60% of that. well that's it, i'm going to do more. and since the following week i'm off of school, it's going to be one week of full working out. woot. here's to that. an early cheers, and i will stick through it, as long as no one's home, i can do my 10 km walk every morning. yay.

I did that 20km I kind of promised myself I'd do.. It was painful, but I pulled through.

And I noticed today in the shower that my stomach is getting in better shape. I feel like I'm actually getting what I'm working for.. We'll only see as the time moves on.. I'm much ahead of where I want to be... Summer is still a distance away, and I'll be in much better shape then.

not too good.. weigh in tomorrow, drinking lots of water tonight to flush all that out.

Today was a really good day.. Well except that cheese I ate. Couldn't have had that many cals.. I don't think.

Tomorrow is strict, and I'm going to the Eaton's Centre, so lots of walking there. If I'm not too tired from a hectic school day. Hopefully I'll come back home and relax because I am ever so exhausted. This weekend 10km at least in total, if not 10km on each day. We'll see how I feel.

I'm two pounds ahead of where I was May 15th last year... Woot about 4 months ahead.. Cheers to hopefully a good journey and a worthwhile one. I can do it!
